Living Wildfit has definitely changed my life for the better.
This is a really quick wildfit review for you.
Wildfit, which is from Mindvalley, and the founder of it, Eric Edmeades, completely changed my life.
Look what I've done. I've been turning over our garden and just like last year ago I couldn't even turn over one row, without completely exhausting myself, my heart racing like above a hundred and sixty. Like ridiculous.
Just by going through Wildfit and letting my body actually begin to heal, it has actually changed my life. Is it still hard for me? Yes, of course.
Does the medical profession ever think I'll ever heal?
No. They told me I'd be lucky if I got even 80% back.
I was in a coma for three weeks back in 2016 and I woke up as an A.R.D.S. Survivor.
That's Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome. My lungs filled and I was on a ventilator for 3 weeks and I luckily recovered, most people don't.
I had about a 20% chance of survival and they told me that my life would never be the same. But I'm determined and I believe in the power of your mind and your body.
