Team Seas got together with the most trusted conservation organizations in the world for cleaning up the ocean.
Half of the money raised will go to Ocean Conservancy, who will take care of cleaning up the oceans and the beaches because, of course, trash on the beach ends up in the ocean.
And the other half will go to the Ocean CleanUp and they will take care of the rivers because the trash in the rivers ends up in the oceans. Interesting! Hmmm… But true!
Did you know that 80% of the trash in the ocean actually comes from just 1% of the rivers in the world? That’s amazing! They're going to use special boats that collect the garbage to clean up our oceans.
Honestly, it's absolutely insanely disgusting to think how polluted our oceans are. Not good. Not acceptable.
It's time to clean up the oceans.
